Bigger than beyond

Rare earth magnets, iron filings, Plexiglas pieces.
Magnets: ¾”.  Plexi pieces: 1.5″ x 2″. 
Entire piece approximately 30′ long.

Plexiglas pieces are attached to the wall approximately every 2.5″. In between each piece of Plexiglas is a rare earth magnet, and on either side of the Plexiglas pieces are iron filings. The filings and the magnets hold each other up, suspended by the magnetic field. The magnetic field, in essence, creates a line drawing of itself, revealing its movement through the space in an approximately 30’ long sample.
